Every floor of the villa is enveloped with natural light during the day thanks to floor to ceiling glass doors that provide an outdoor-indoor living experience. Outdoors, you have full access to an outdoor dining, sun loungers, BBQ, a pool, jacuzzi, and a sauna! Sounds perfect because it is!

On top of that, it is tucked between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona, Guadalmina which offers an oasis of peace and quiet with high-end discretion. This residential area lies to the far west of Marbella on the eponymous river that marks the boundary between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona.

The Guadalmina River, one of the shortest in Spain, runs from the foothills of the Serranía de Ronda down past Benahavís and into the sea at Guadalmina. Guadalmina Golf clubhouse is just 50m walk away with a bar, restaurant, tennis courts, spa, gym and driving range. You will also find 2 other bars/cafe at the same location, Out of Bounds and 19th Hole.

A 10-minute stroll and you will find the Guadalmina Shopping Center that hosts bars, restaurants, banks and a large supermarket and an Iceland store.Everything is within easy reach from the bright lights in nearby Puerto Banús and Marbella. Lively San Pedro is 20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car and has a huge amount of amenities including a wonderful beach. The beaches are all linked up so you can walk or cycle from San Pedro all the way past Ocean Club, La Sala by the Sea, Puerto Banus, Victor Beach, Mistral Beach and ending up at Marbella and Marbella Old Town.

• Pets
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No Parties
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/Heater
Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security deposit
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM – 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
